Just gott off the phone with the NVC. The lady that took my call was very nice and let me know that, since a lot of people are experiencing this issue, I should just send the receipt of payment instead of the bar coded sheet. Just to be on the safe side, I have also included my bank account's proof that the payment has cleared. Hope this info is helpful. :)

I spoke to NVC today, nice lady said she would send the email of the doc sheet. havent received any email yet.

those who received doc cover sheet by email upon requesting nvc , how long did it take for the email to come through...

those who received doc cover sheet by email upon requesting nvc , how long did it take for the email to come through...

Well i just called nvc yesterday they said they gonna send it thru email but took 3to 5 days to receive...

do they send out emails on sat / sun ??

I am in the process of submitting DS230 and talked to the nvc. He suggested to use the same cover sheet that I used to send AOS since all they see is the barcode of the case. However, the cover sheet on AOS has the following address:

National Visa Center
Attn. CMR AOS
31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801 -2914

Anybody know what the address is for sending DS230?
