Hello. Would like to know how long usually it would take to cash the check payment fee for I-751? I mailed my I-751 on August 26 and received on Aug. 28. It's already Sept. 5 and still not withdrawn the check. By the way, the check was from my husband. Is this gonna a problem? Thanks!

With me it took them like one whole week to cash the check and I still haven't got an answer or my NOA so I'm hoping next week, I think you and I are the only one left who haven't got a NOA, let me ask you this, when does your GC expires? Mine it's due on nov 9

Received my biometrics notice today (9/6) for 9/30/2013. Will try a walk-in next week and keep you all posted on whether it works or not.

I am getting really anxious, I sent off my package in August, delivered & signed for on the 26th August. I do not have any NOA1 yet or my check has not been cashed.....have they lost it???



I am filing at Vermont - I see people who sent stuff after me have already got NOA1.



I am filing with a waiver so my 90 period is up in a few weeks, I didnt send it earlier because I was waiting on my final divorce papers to go through before sending entire ROC package.. what happens if they have lost it and It goes past my cut off date????????????

Vermont Center received my package on 08/27 but I got no NOA1 ,and that my check has not been cashed out either. I was thinking that maybe my case got transferred so it took a little longer. I look forward to this coming week! Please do not worry.

Ok, when did they receive it tho? Do you have a tracking number for the package? You should, that's why it's very important that when you e mail your paperwork you get a tracking number or request one of those forms they sign and send you back letting you that your package has been deliver, track and see when they receive it, another thing is that a personal check takes up to 3 4 days to clear our so check your statement if you send a money order there's a number you can call and check if that money order was cleared out already, I sent my package on Aug 21 they received it the 23 cashed my check the 29 and after two weeks I got something which my biometrics appointment before the NOA or instead if I don't know but they transfer my case from California to Vermont I don't know why that why it took them so long but I finally got it before others who already got their NOA but every case is different you know? I'm glad others got their notices 3 days after but that's them, don't go by others because trust me you are gonna stress out a lot, just see what you an do on your end to find out what's happening but you know this is a waiting game too, but still good luck and pray if you believe in anything pray that helps a lot.
