CFO in the morning!

My fiance is attending CFO in the morning.

She got the package I mailed to a friend in Makati, so now she has all requirements for CFO and interview! I mailed it there last week using UPS. It was $97 and got there in 3 days with no issues.

Now, if we can just get the MNL# we will be all set. She already paid the Visa fee today even though most wait until MNL# I already sent her the money so she went ahead and paid it. It says it is good for one year. If we are still waiting on MNL# in one year we have bigger problems.

Oh and she picked up her parents new postal IDs right before she went to the airport. The post office was suppose to get them Friday, so I went ahead and booked her flight for Monday. Then on Friday they didn't have them yet, but said they would have them Monday morning and they did! So, she has everything I've ever seen anyone say was required at CFO haha.

I know she is going to do well. I want to thank Robb & Ann for their great review (and others). It really helped me understand the process better and not worry so much.

I didn't think you could pay the visa fee without the MNL case #. How did you do it?

The fee can be paid before as they use the online receipt and the bank does not ask for the MNL #. The receipt number is the "golden number" at this point. To register and schedule online with the embassy the MNL # is needed. So you can pay the fee but after that you just sit and wait for the MNL #

Good luck at the interview. You guys are lucky.

I am being told that the Texas Service Center is holding all approved petitions for 8 weeks before sending them to NVC. I'm so mad right now.
