The cleared check showed up in my online banking account today. I just had to share with people who would understand WHY I jumped and yelled and got all excited. My mom thought I was nuts lol. :blush:

I followed the guide post and signed up for an account at USCIS. Wow this disclaimer is insane:

YOU HAVE CONNECTED TO A U.S. GOVERNMENT COMPUTER. IF YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THIS SYSTEM, DISCONNECT NOW. All attempts to access and use this system and/or its resources are subject to keystroke monitoring and recording. Everyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such reveals possible evidence of criminal activity or abuse of authority, the information will be reported to authorities for action. Unauthorized access attempts or use in excess of documented authority may subject you to a fine and/or imprisonment in accordance with Title 18, USC, Section 1030 or administrative penalties or dismissal.

Sheesh. Think they want to deter hackers? :blink: Wow.

Anywho. Account made, turned on e-mail notifications... so now I get to get locked out of my USCIS account for checking too much for updates instead of locked out of my bank account for checking too much to see if the check cleared! :lol: I'd rather be locked out of USCIS instead of my bank account anyway! :lol:

On November 24, 2006, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.

Wow, they were at work the day after Thanksgiving, and they opened/took care of it the next business day after they recieved it... cool. Guess I'll be getting our NOA1 soon? This feels so good! :D 11 months of wanting to file and now it's finally happening! :D But I'm gonna be late for work because I have to leave soon and I'm still in my pajamas, whoops.

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

Thanks all! I was thinking I should update my timeline when I get the hard copy of the NOA1... or am I supposed to update it with the 11/24 date that USCIS has?

Oh wow, yeah they are! I guess that P Novak does a lot of signing, eh? That name sounded familiar when I saw it, I've seen it here before, lol. When I hear you scream "I got it!!" I'll know I shouldn't be too far behind. :D
