move between service centers

I know I had already asked this regarding moving to a different state, but I also realized in our case this implied moving to a different service center. I'm a conditional permanent resident, and my AOS was approved by the Vermont service center about a year ago. We're moving to a different state which will be under the California service center. I know I have to file AR-11, and I will do that online. I also know my spouse needs to file a paper change of address too (can't remember name of his form). But I have 2 questions: 1) because it's a different service center, is there additional paperwork we'd need to complete?

(2) in due time, where do we file the removal of conditions form? Is it in Vermont (because that's where we filed for my original permanent residency) or in California (because that's the service center that handles the area we will be living in at the time ROC is due)?

Please take a look at the instructions for the forms at www.uscis.gov. They would answer our questions.

I looked, they don't have any particular instructions about it (at leas not that we could find). They say you have to file based on where you live, but there is no mention to what happens if you move between service areas while you are on conditional permanent residency..

No. There is no additional paper work. US Citizens have to submit Form I-865.

When the time comes to file ROC, check your states falls under which service center and send your paperwork there.

1. No additional paperwork.

2. It will be CSC - the service center that services the state you will be living in at the time ROC is filed (can be filed within 90 days of expiry of GC). And it you move again after filing but before the 2 years period, then it will be just AR-11 and I-865.
