Anyone from TSC K1 fiance please comment when you get a case number!!

Who is everyone calling? I called the DOS and they said the case was at NVC and to call them for the case number. Everytime I call the NVC I get a busy signal.

DOS : 202-663-1225 PREES 1 THEN PRESS 0

NVC: 606-334-0700 KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET IT...

When I was waiting for a case number, I called NVC at 603-334-0700, press 1, then 5. I never had a busy signal but I remember some others saying that happened to them..is this the number you are calling?

That's the number I'm calling. Both last night and today I've only got a busy signal.

If we don't know the nvc case number yet, should we first call DoS or NVC or doesn't matter?

Been trying the NVC on and off for a couple of hours and finally stopped getting a busy signal. Waited on hold for less than 15 minutes and a very nice lady gave me my case number! When I called the DOS the lady said the NVC had it and to call them for the new case number.

My file still will not show up on CEAC web site, Got case number July31. All I get is error message. Called NVC today, my file ship out today to embassy. Hope to schedule medical on 9th, embassy interview on 13th and leave to America on the 19 or 20th.

That is exactly what it did to me. Last night it said Error....this morning....at NVC......now it has Error????????? Is it still doing that on you?

We got our case number today finally...We were transferred to Texas from vermont on June 21st and then got our NOA2 on July 10th. Then we got a message that our file was sent to NVC on July 25th and this morning we just got our case number...Very happy about this !

Looks like you just got someone lazy or rude or in a bad mood. They can give you the case number at the DoS number without you having to call NVC.

It seems to be about 10 to 16 days for most people to have their case shipped form TSC to NVC, that time coming up on that quick with an NOA2 date of 7-25-13. Waiting for that email daily. Hope rest of you are getting moved along quick!

Try calling NVC at night after 7pm EST. There is little wait

con grads, your dates are exactly the same as mine, I will have to wait until minday to call and check, as of 11pm thursday NVC had our file but no case number, wish us luck. Someone else has said to call later in the evening because of a shorter wait, i would also like to add they are a lot politer and more pleasant to deal with at night. One gentelman even asked me to to read him the letter I recieved after he told me they had not recieved my file. He said that he understood the NOA2 was confussing because it says the papperwork is being forwarded to the embassy. He said it was diffently going through NVC first, and even though they are telling everyone weeks, it is not taking that long and once they recieved my file things should happen fast. In the end he didnt do much more then everyone else, but at least he was willing to help me and wanted to make sure we understood everything.

Or call the DoS number during regular business hours. There is no wait at all most of the time (I only was on hold one time for about 3 minutes, other times someone picked up right away), and you'll get the same information a lot quicker.

Calling NVC even in the evening was a nightmare, the phone was busy and I had to jam the redial button about 20 times until it finally went through, and then had to wait about 15-20 minutes on hold listening to their horrible garbled message of someone will be with you shortly repeated over and over and over.

Hey guys, FYI - you can contact Ukraine embassy customer reps by Skype from 9AM to 9PM est, to find out about your case.. their Skype contact is : ustraveldocs-ukraine
