Proof of domicile

Arrrgghhh, NVC is making me upset! I received a checklist on June 12, saying more proof of domicile is required. I had sent in my wife's school registration in Spokane, as well as an MLS listing of our place here. I talked to NVC and they said they don't even look at school registrations (what???)...she recommended my wife write up a letter, saying she fully intends to move there. So I sent that in, plus a letter written by her mom, saying we'll be staying with her and paying $500/month...plus letter from Bank of America confirming she opened an account in April 2013.

Today I get another checklist for the exact same thing!!! I don't know what else to send them...I've read and read the pinned section about this in this forum. I'm just on hold with them, so hopefully they can give me more info. So frustrating.

Montreal is picky about this. The more you can provide the better. If your wife can go back and get a driver's license and update her voter registration card that would also help.
