Did you send back the checklist before or after you had the medical exam?

I sent mine back before having the medical exam, but after I had the appointment booked. I seem to recall something in the wording of the checklist/instructions that made me comfortable that I could reasonably do it without concern.

I too made the medical appointment first...then sent the checklist back with a requested interview date.

There's a spot on the form for you to let them know the date you'd like. If they can accommodate it, they will. (In my case I was working around final exams and put it out a month later from their current timeframe.)

I sent the checklist back the same day I left a message for a medical appointment.

I requested an interview date that was more than 6 weeks away from my faxing the list back - and they gave me a date a week earlier than I had requested. There is a spot on the bottom of the checklist where they ask for your preference.

Oh, okay. C. is thinking that he has to have the medical completed in order to send in the checklist, and I'm thinking he's wrong, but he's being very insistant.

My medical was completed before I've even recieve packet 3.. I dont think it really matters

Amy waited until her medical was done (11/22) and faxed the checklist on Monday 11/27. Now we see what kind of interview date we get.

I faxed the checklist back before I'd booked the exam. I had the medical exam one day, then the interview the next day.

On the K-3 checklist it says "Arrange for a medical exam..." not Complete your medical exam...

I called them the day after I faxed in Packet 3 to see if they'd received it, and the lady who answered asked me what day I wanted the interview for. She told me what was open, so I could choose any date I wanted.

That's what I thought, but I thought maybe some of you guys were on the ball and had everything complete when you mailed in the checklist. Thanks!
