08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Hi everyone, as I promised here are the items I sent in.

• Joint I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status • Joint bank statements from late 2011 • Mortgage statement with joint names from the home we bought together in December 2012 • Proof of loan statement in joint names • Apartment lease agreement in joint names (Sept 2011-August 2012) • Apartment Lease Agreement in joint names (Aug 2012-July 2013) even though we moved out in December 2012. • Life Insurance details • Pension beneficiary statements • Mortgage Statement • Several vehicle insurance cards showing joint names and addresses • 401 K Beneficiary notification • Property tax statement • 2012 Federal Tax Returns in joint names • 2011 Federal Tax Returns • Tattoo on my chest depicting date of wedding and my wifes name in Kanji (As my wife lived in Japan for 3 years) • 3 Affidavits from U.S citizens attesting to our relationship and marriage. NO PHOTOS!!!!!!!

Congrats to Dave H and Saurabh on the approvals. What exciting news. My husband received his letter from USCIS today date September 16 that his case was transferred to CSC. Hello everyone!!

Since I heard people is getting transferred to the CA center and I just got my transfer letter ( doing the happy dance) this gives me hopes to believe that hopefully I ll have my conditions removed pretty soon ( crossing fingers).

Hope someone can add me to the list, I sent my papers on July 8th ( or so , can t remember exactly but it was around those days), they received them on the July 10th, I had my biometrics appointment on August 14th and I got the transfer letter today, September 20th

My lawyer said it usually takes like a yr to get an answer but a friend of mine got her green card about 6 months after she sent everything and well, seems it seems some June filers are getting approved already I m feeling pretty positive :):)

Good luck everyone and let s hope we all get those conditions removed soon!!

How does the RFE works, can we get a letter asking that once our case has been transferred or we should have gotten that already???

I m excited and nervous at the same time..lol

I just can t wait until I get my card on the mail, my man and I will be celebrating that s for sure!! :)

Just got home from celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary and got my transfer notice to CSC in the mail today dated September 16th! Hoping for fast approval!

Sorry, been horrible about keeping updating. Its nice actually having a life now instead of sitting at home all day :)

Filed the I751 late July, done biometrics already, and recieved a letter automatically extending my green card until Sept. 30 2014. Just recieved a letter today saying were being moved to California from Vermont.

Does that mean another interview ? I always expected to have a 2nd, so no biggy, got no RFEs this time, so thats good, need to get my DL again as it expires in 10 days.

June 5 2010 - RFE hardcopy received

June 18 2010 - RFE returned ( had done it June 7 - but USPS returned grrrr )

Aug4 - Email notification of NoA2 :)

Aug. 10 - NOA2 Hardcopy received
