Binti means., daughter of. It is never used as middle name in my country, malaysia. therefore I didnt put any middle name in all the forms for my petition since my name only consist of my own name and my dad. My noa approved without binti. the next stage , the nvc stage, i will require to attach my passport and birth certificate copies. Now i m so worry....pls help..

when you get to nvc and submit your docs, just write a letter stating the facts and the discrepancy.. there is a chance you will have to keep it, but I wouldn't worry .. it's a small issue

it shouldnt be a problem. I submitted all the documents and forms without the 'binti' and so far, we hadn't had any problem ie RFE or anything like that.

JP and Tee...do u have binti in your passport and birth cert? I have it on both...

I do. But in any of the I130 forms, I never included it as my second/middle name.
