DS-156 and DS-156K required by Embassy?

Hey guys

Quick question, on the K1 Visa Checklist we received from the Kazakhstan Embassy it says we are required for 2 forms of DS-156 and also a form of DS-156K.. We see the DS-230 and the DS-157K in the email that the Embassy sent us but we don’t see the DS-156 and 156K. We additionally do not see the DS-157K on the checklist. Can anyone confirm if we need these forms?

U need DS-230, DS-156 and DS-156k. Probably 157 form u have in email was sent by mistake. Link for DS-156k http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/82063.pdf

DS-156 is supposed to be filled online https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp

Make sure you fill in and save form DS-156 online via the website as it is supposed to generate a unique barcode once you have saved or printed it. You then print the DS-156 you filled in on the website 2 times.

How long did it take for the embassy to send you parcket 3 fron the time NVC send your file to them?
