Well we figured out the mystery. Exacty when did you send the birth certificate in? looks like you didn't follow up to see when they accepted. But this explains the changed case complete.

But DOS is 202-663-1225 press 1 than 0.

ask them all you ask us.

1. what happened to original case complete?
2. what does this do to your place in interview queue?

and whatever else you want to ask. Unfortunately they close at 5pm.

yes i did get check list on 14th june and it was my original birth certificate (i already sent them the traslated one ) so after we sent those we recived the email that i have attached above !!! so this means that they have reviewd the birth certificate too and sent me that email .,,, right ???

any way even if what you say is corect which date is the acctual CC ??!!!! the first one or the last one ???? dose it mean that we are going to have our interview date with more delay now ???

Now i'm not sure how this will affect the assignment of the interview date. When I asked the supervisor, he told me that it shouldn't affect it and that it only depends on the available slots at the embassy and not on the completion date. I asked him if there is any sort of priority when the availability is limited. He just gave me the standard line and didn't give me a straight answer (basically you'll get it when you get it). So I'm not sure how much I can trust his answer.

we sent that overnight and they got on 17th of june then 4 days after that on 21th of june we got this email !!!!!!

the thing is even before we sent them the birth certificate the guy on the phone told me that they are going to put me on the interview list and he said but please go a head and send ur BC anyway !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Summer777. Same thing happened to me. I got a CC end of May. All was good but i noticed when going through my paperwork that i had put a wrong DOB but they did not catch it. I figured better safe than sorry and i called them up, and sent in another i864. When they received it, took me out of CC, reviewed my file, told me to call after 20 days. I got a different CC on june 4th.

Its like they are watching the thread toying with us. Someone tomorrow call DOS and ask whats up. You be surprised, They are very forthcoming.

I got the case complete email today! Doing my medical this week too because the appointed doctor is leaving for vacation and will not have any appointments available until the end of August when he returns from his vacation. I got lucky, he had ONE time left available in July.

I called the doctor and asked if I needed an interview date before scheduling, they said no. I have read about others doing the same thing here in Sweden. All the info regarding what is needed for the medical can be found on NVC's website. And it specifically said I need to take my medical before the interview. So if I get an interview in the middle of August and no doctors appointments are available? The medical is valid for 1 year.
