FYI to everyone, while interviews are often scheduled on CASE COMPLETE date, they are also scheduled via PRIORITY DATE. So if someone filed Nov 2012 and you filed Jan 2013 but you have your case comp

Thanks for checking.Ok at people a PSA I need to do. I think we got a bit spoiled since January. Because honestly the 2nd week of the month was the usual interview scheduling. Like around now. But

Stevie B this is not true. You have said this before and its wrong. The embassy has no idea about us IR1/CR1 unless we are DCF or Expedite. NVC schedules for us okay not embassy. There is a calendar

I had my interview yesterday (August 21st) and got approved smile.png

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

I also got approved yesterday - 23 aug (ho chi minh- Vietnam), good luck for everyone waiting for interview.

After give birth and do some paperworks for our baby we will come to us :)

I have noted that several people here have gotten their case complete around 14-16 days after sending in IV and AOS is this pretty common, it has taken all of the 20 days for them to process my stuff, was hoping I would be August interview but looks like ill be lucky to get September.

September scheduling has been done. And until you get case complete no one knows. If you don't get case complete i would say within next 2 weeks you are looking at November. within the next week most embassies will be scheduling October.

So just focus on Case Complete now. Has either of your packages been accepted yet?

Hey guys I'm new here in the forum. I just wanted to know if it is possible to start getting my physical exam done a week before my predicted case complete.

hey, in my country the doctors ask for the interview letter to have your exam medical

i have seen some people here, they can book and pass the medical in advance before the case complete date and the interview email

My husband had his interview on August 28 and was approved! He received his visa the following day!

IR2


04/21/2014: I-130 received


07/01/2014: I-130 approved


08/08/2014: DS-261 Completed


08/09/2014: AOS mailed


08/14/2014: AOS Scan Date


09/07/2014: IV civil documents mailed (I sent civil documents with AOS cover page before DS-260 fee unlocked)


09/15/2014: IV Civil Documents Scan Date


09/18/2014: IV fee unlocked


09/27/2014: DS 260 Completed


10/21/2014: Case Complete


12/15/2014: Interview -- Visa Approved!

Hey guys I'm new here in the forum. I just wanted to know if it is possible to start getting my physical exam done a week before my predicted case complete.

You should call the panel doctor. Mine wouldn't let me do it without the interview letter, but I've heard from my fellow countrymen that theirs (a different location) allowed them to as long as they can provide the case number from the embassy.
