EAD card expired after 1yr since USCIS approved your EAD application.

but as soon as your AOS application got approved they will ask u to give the EAD card back to them and they will send your greencard after one wk since they approved your greencard. so as soon as u enter the US soil get married and apply for AOS ASAP so you don't loose any time.

by the way your greencard also expired 2yrs since they approved it. so you need to ROC within 90days before the card expired.

Yes you can do both. You may be asked to pay international student fees, which can be much higher, so check that part out with the place where you want to study.
