Attending the K-1 Interview With Fiance - Procedure?

I'm an American, with a Filipina fiance. We both had a question. I know that the U.S. Citizen is able to attend the interview with the Filipina applying for a K-1 visa, but we were wondering if I need to schedule this as well, or if I need to obtain a pass or something in that regard. Or if I will simply be let in alongside with my fiance on the day of the interview. Thanks in advance.

Just go with your fiancee on her interview day. You will be asked to show your US passport upon entry.

Just went through it yesterday. Just show up with your passport. They will swear you in. The pinoy CO didnt ask me anything and didnt speak in english when talking to my fiancee. The american CO, had both of us swear in and said ok, your done. We didnt get asked any questions and it took all of about 15 seconds. It was like taking candy from a baby. good luck!

Fantastic, sounds like a piece of cake then. Did your fiancee get approved?

Do need to do anything but show up. Heck they never even asked to see my passport, just smiled told us to enter that door and I said thanks.

Read my embassy review.
