I worry more that my ......... hasn't been touched yet my kids have....

That sounds wrong... just wrong.... :D

yeah....when you puy it that way.....oops!! ;)

but you know what I mean.....lol

Feb 04...... I 130 filed......................approved August 04

March 04... I 129F filed....................approved October 04

August 04...I 130 for children filed....approved September 04

Interview: Jan 19 2005 in Sydney

Leave for New Hampshire 27 January 05

We are Home!!!!! :o)

AOS timeline....round 1

2/16/05 I-765 mailed to Chicago

5/24/05 EAD approved

7/11/05 Started work!!

AOS....round 2 (to finally finish things off)

10/25/06 NOA1 for AOS/EAD

11/16/06 Transferred to CSC

11/17/06 Biometrics appt

11/27/06 Touched "Case now pending at CSC"

1/12/07 EAD "touched"

1/16/07 EAD "touched"

1/17/07 EAD approved "Card production Ordered"

1/20/07 I 485 "touched"

1/22/07 EAD card received

6/13/07 Transferred back to Missouri....grrrrrrr

7/23/07 Interview date! FINALLY!

7/23/07 AOS APPROVED!!! :o) 10 yr Greencard I 551 stamp in passport.

7/28/07 Welcome letter received

7/28/07 Card production ordered.

8/1/07 Approval notice senT

8/3/07 Greencards received in mail!

Got touched today....and last Friday.....on 2 out of 3 of my cases....1 has not been touched since 11/17.

:huh::huh::huh: Oh dear.. I haven't been touched since I got my N0A1 on 10 August 2006. No RFE's.. No Nothing..

Now I feel better that I have someone in the same boat as I. I got my NOA1 on Aug 17th and received nothing, Nada, zilch. No touch not even looked at I am sure. Was begining to think they were just ignoring mine......lol. WJR

NVC Process

Sept-24-07 NVC rec'd case/assigned number

Jan-04-08 NVC CASE COMPLETE

Feb-14-2008 INTERVIEW IN USEManila APPROVED!!!

Feb-19-2008 Visa in HAND!! Wohoo!!!

IN TEXAS

Feb-28-2008 POE DFW

Mar-24-2008 Receive Green Card on Mail..

REMOVING CONDITIONS NOV..

Jan-11-2010 Mailed I-175 to VSC

I got touched today. i almost screamed, but i was in a quiet study room at my university. now i will be hovering over my mailbox even worse than before. Some people say they got meaningless touches... but they have to mean something... just not what we wanted them to mean. i hope mine means that noa2 is in the mail!

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
