DS230, ready to go, next steps?

I am mailing the IV package today. I have sent the AOS package.

The IV package I have assembled contains the following:

1. Barcoded cover sheet

2. Signed DS230 part 1

3. Unsigned but filled out DS230 part 2 (checkboxes etc)

4. Beneficiary passport photocopy

5. Beneficiary original birth certificate

6. Beneficiary original police certificate

7. Marriage certificate - original

8. Translation of marriage certificate (original)

Prison, military, adoption records are not applicable to our case. Package should be set to go?

Of course this varies, but assuming smooth sailing (no RFE) what would a potential interview tine frame be for our case? Early August?

No you need to send a photocopy of the marriage certificate and the birth certificate as well as the originals so that you get them back on interview day.
