The interview shouldn't take as long as it has been taking. My husband is in Afghanistan and I am more worried as time moves on.

Its been a month since I received notice that my case has been complete but I didn't think it would take this long to get the interview.

Help!!!

interview appointments are dependent upon a list that is generated by the embassy

it is quite common that these dates are set towards the end of the month.. it could be you missed last month's cutoff, but you should be hearing soon.. I can not imagine your embassy is so busy that there are few appointments, but I could be wrong

2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office
3/26/2013 Service request generated
4/12/2013 Infopass, file in workflow March 28
4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

Where was your case completed? At NVC or USCIS? If its NVC then interview is the next step and if they have not notified you of interview date, definitely call them. If its USCIS then you still have ways to go
