i'm planning to go spend my christmas hollydays at my fiancee's in kansas... i know i need a letter from my employer to say that i have to go back in my country... i fear there could get to conficts of interest i do tell him about the immigration process ( he does'nt know yet...

is there another way to avoid to be denied for a visit??

No easy way to say how not to be denied crossing the border. Many visit with no problems from Canada all the time during the visa process. The letter from employer, and perhaps other things tying you to Canada helps.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
