Please fill in your timeline.

Did you really enter on a K3 visa?

W/o dates, it's hard to give very accurate info.

*** moving to removal of conditions forum as topic is that subject not CR1 ***

Hello:

I think you have a 2 years green card, and you are talking about removing conditions later on. Now I want you to look at your green card and look at the RESIDENT SINCE date, add 2 years and than minus 90 days that's when you have to apply for removal of condtions (RESIDENT depuis {date sur la carte de sejour d'USA} + 2 ans - 90 jours= date pour removal of condititons) My mathematical equation lol. Now for the documents this what I sent and I got approved in 7 months:

- I751: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f858d59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

- Check $590 for Department of Homeland Security.

- 15 pictures of me and my wife.

- my daughter's birth certificate.

- Title of our car.

- registration of our car

- car insurance (only the last 6 months)

- rental insurance (only the last year)

- life insurance for me and my wife and my kids.

- 2 letters from my father in law and my friend.

- 2 bank statements

- 2 electricity bills

- 2 cable bills

- 2 phone bills

- photo of our credit cards showing that my wife is an authorized user for my credit cards.

That's all I sent and I got approved again in 7 months. I hope I helped.
