Does FedEx only deliver to certain postal codes in St Petersburg?

I just tried to send my I-134 package to my fiancee via FedEx and her postal code was not in their database. She lives only one metro stop from the center of the city in an area with a fair amount of businesses and some residential so it surprised me that there would be an issue. We tried the address of a hotel 2 blocks down the same street with a different postal code and that worked. I figure either I have her postal code wrong (but it's been the same for years and I've mailed letters and postcards there) or FedEx only delivers to areas with concentrated businesses and avoids residential areas. Anyone know for sure?

Someone else would need to confirm this, but I don't think they do residential deliveries.

It appears this is the case. Odd because 15 years ago they did. I'll have to ship it to their office instead and have my finacee pick it up.

Same issue with DHL, as far as I can tell they use the same postal code list. I ended up sending it to the FedEx office which is only one metro stop and a short walk away so that will work. Sure wasn't cheap though, I think I sent too much documentation :-).
