I just phoned the embassy. They said the visa is ready for issuance :) We just have to wait now for the passport i guess. OMG we're both so happy!

How strange. I was born in Leicester and my parents are from Yorkshire - Bradford to be more specific. I have lived in Devon, Hertfordshire and London. And in 35 days I will be living in America! Interview at London Embassy in 13 days time.
