I just called the customer service number (from the uk). Put in receipt number etc and was told I have to wait 180 days from the transfer date (August 8th) so the 2 months its been sat waiting already counts for nothing!!!! Not a happy bunny today...... ?

Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) On Thurs-June 20, 2013

NOA1 hard copy in the mail Fri-June 21,2013

I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) transferred from VSC to TSC On Fri-August 9, 2013

I129F,Petition for FIANCE(E) transfer and now being process at TSC Thur-August 15,2013

Ok so we got a rfe August 29 via email and at the uscis website when i checked it this morning.. My fiance is waiting for the hard copy of rfe to know what exactly they need from us. We submitted all the evidence we have, BUT. My passport picture is smaller than my fiance's passport picture. So that's what I'm thinking our rfe is about my passport picture.. Anyways, at least we heard something from them and we really hope after a week or two we get approve.
