Samreen the number is 1 (800) 375-5283 ask him to call right now this is good time, just dont push any button ..wait for the person to contact .. he will speak spanish first tell him in enlish U perefer english ..then he will ask for MSC number give him one ... tell him that you follow pvt forum and it shows almost every 1 is done ... for June except You ...

they will tell ...follow the Processing date which is currently 4th April ... tell them U know that but ...please can you guys have a look .. why it is taking so much time .. and they will say ... ..we cannot do anything .. but i think in bacground it generates alert or a log that this MSC got inquiry from the costumer... so they might work on it .. (This is my theory)

I had called them yesterday and I was very polite but I was upset as well and I told them that NBC had sent me a letter saying that I just inquire abt my case if i donnot recieve anything in 60 days. She kept insisting that it was still within the processing time and that they are processing April 5th right now. But I still told her I understand that but the NBC had sent us a letter and I believe that my case is past the processing time. Then I just said well ok thank you. I was very polite to her. So try it so that they know someone is waiting for someone far away

Same thing happened to me. So I called back again and got that person to transfer me to a Tier 2 after a long wait of them trying to pull up information on a previous service request.

This is literally the worst thing ever. What a cluster.

Hey Samreeen inshaAllah you will be here by eid I will pray for you. Most definitely have the petitioner give them a call and have him be polite to them. I called them yesterday and I tried my best not to be rude. She kept telling me your case is within the processing time. The case they are processing is from April 5th. I told her i understand that but nbc had sent me a letter saying that I should get a notice of action within 60 days and it is past that time. Then she said right a notice of action and I told her I have not heard anything from you guys. so she said well your case is still in the processing times so i said ok thank you. And just wait it might also be taking them time to put in all of the data online.

Congratulations to all the recent approvals. Unfortunately, this makes me even more depressed and angry with my June 11 priority date and Dec 11 transfer data. The wife put in a service request yesterday, we'll see if anything useful comes out of that.
