Hello everyone,

I had my bio metrics done last week and yesterday received an email and my case is in line for interviewing. This is going rather fast, it almost makes me wish i had applied when i was eligible in March.

Has anyone gone to the interview yet? I am curious how how after the oath ceremony (Which takes place on the same day as the interview here in NJ), ti would take to get my passport.

06/24/2013: Electronic Notification of Acceptance

06/24/2013: Status: Initial Review

07/18/2013: Biometrics Appointment in Elizabeth NJ

07/22/2013: Status: In line for Interview Scheduling

08/14/2013: Status: Interview Scheduled

09/23/2013: Interview date and Oath Ceremony - APPROVED

09/27/2013: Applied for first U.S. Passport at local USPS

It's all about consistency too, but whatever.. atleast I'll be done with USCIS in 2-3 weeks (doesn't mean I won't be active in this forum).. was trying to help others clearly you know what your doing,

Not sure why you guys are on June filers when you (happilycontent & amandajw) send your package on May. Not sure but wish you guys the best.

I called the military hotline at USCIS today again, and I was told that the application is "in que" for another interview appointment date. I guess they put us at the end of the line. I was told that the initial interview appointment could have been cancelled for something as little as not having enough staff scheduled the day of the interview. He told me it wasnt anything about our application, but rather some internal problem.

At any rate I am just thankful to hear we are back in line again for another appointment.

So if I became a resident in September/2010, I won't become a citizen until after September/2013? :(

Essentially, yes. But even if you had already met the requirements for the 3 year rule, based on the current processing times you likely would still not become a USC until after sometime after Sept 2013,

I am not on 3 year, it has been 5 years.

Also, i thought 90 days period was only for those who have to do 5 year residency. It does not really matter at this point.

Also, i thought 90 days period was only for those who have to do 5 year residency. It does not really matter at this point.

3 years or 5 years, IMO if you apply 90 days before your 3 years or 5 years, they wont schedule you for an interview until that period anniversary or later. But if you apply on your GC anniversary, which you did, they can schedule you faster. But yeah it really doesn't matter now :-) Enjoy it and hope everything goes well for you.

Hi all, I am new to this. I filed my N-400 on June 11/13. Got done with my Biometric on July 12/13. My status has not change since uscis updated it since june 24/13. Does any one has received notice for interview yet on the same timeline as mine.

Updating mae232 bio date, on my merry way in line date, and adding poline to the timeline. Poline, the priority date is on the notice of action. It's the order in which they process your application. When did you send your application?
