My spouse sent me a sealed envelope with his police record. Must the envelope stay sealed? How can I make a copy of it for our records, I also want to be sure that it has his record and no one else. We all know how JA can mix up names and records.

you can open it so that way you can copy it for your records... ur husband should of gotten two a dem so he can take one to the embassy as well.. it doesnt have to be signed either, they will have him sign it when he goes for this interview. just make sure his pic is on there etc.hope this helps.. good luck!!
