August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

I hope until the end of this month we will all get our approvals :))) Congrats to all of you, i put a service reuest this morning, hope to see some news soon. How long does it take to get an answer after puting a SR?

I am sure the rest of ours are following soon... I phoned the service centre and they put me through to a Tier 2 representative, but the waiting time was 90+minutes and the call back option wouldn't work as I am calling from England... :'(

Positive thoughts though!!!

p.s, Special grats to Angelina as she has been So helpful to all of us! :)

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Jeannie & Al: Thanks, please pray for me! I will pray for you!!! Uhm, even though I was given that info and an adjudicator is working on my case, that case status thing may not be as accurate. As we saw Angelina's approval was updated about two days after. Mine still says May 30th last updated. I would honestly contact a Senator or Congressman .. and they will send you a privacy release form and help. I also work at a law firm.. attorneys dont do much... senators know more, believe me!

Will definitely pray for you and keeping my fingers, toes, etc crossed for you and all the dec/jan filers!! :) I am talking to the attorney later this week and will definitely consider contacting my Senator next week when I actually hit the 5 month mark. Unfortunately, one of them (lautenberg) just passed away so we're flying with 1 and 1 stand in AG right now..

Wow, congratulations to everyone who got approved!! This is such good news!!

We are 5 days away from 5 months since NOA1, so hopefully they're catching up with the December filers and will be on to January filers soon!

I-229f petition sent: January 11th 2013

Visa in hand: 16th October

Fly to America! Saturday 19th October! :D

Adjustment of Status:

I-485 filed: January 24th 2014

Notice of Potential Interview Waiver letter received: May 15th
