December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....

OMG I can't believe my eyes... It says APPROVED!!! as of 6/18!!

checked late last night before going to bed and nothing... still not touched since 5/30... was really feeling down. fiancee was really down too, was talking last night about what if it never gets approved or what if they send an RFE for something complicated and it takes more months... she was really not happy and i was feeling like a broken record saying that i'm sure it will come soon.

Well... I just checked the status this morning like I always do and lo and behold, it was updated as of 6/18... "On June 18, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."

I'm in shock and have to keep looking at it! it's hard to believe after so many months of waiting with no information to go on.

I hope that this is a good sign for all of the rest of us who are still waiting "patiently"... don't lose hope because things are moving now at TSC and people are getting approved. May you all get your approvals ASAP!!! goofy.gif

I survived the great VSC to TSC transfer of May 24th 2013 and all I got was this lousy tee shirt!!!

Oh and a great big fat ---> APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!

The case satus says june 17 th they sent letter but it updated 12 midnight the 19 th of June

Congrats Angelina, Douglas and the other two couples approved. The waiting game now is a bit shortes. Each day that goes by is a day closer to the person you love. Endurance.....For the rest of us this week is not over!!!!

Today is 10 months since I've seen my love. My son is turning 1 year and 6 months sat....Oh and week two of Insanity complete!I would like to fit into a dress nicely in a few months ;)
