For Zooropa, ACAWan and others looking for some "positivity" to keep us moving right along... Ireceived this GREAT Reminder froma friend.. Just awesome.. Becase really everything always works out for the best and betterment of all..

Now I'm happy in full!

If you knew everything was really all right, and that it always has a happy ending, then you would not feel trepidacious about your future. Everything is really so very all right! If you could believe and trust that, then, immediately everything would automatically and instantly become all right.

Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. Appreciation is the vibration of alignment with who-you-are. Appreciation is the absence of everything that feels bad and the presence of everything that feels good. When you focus upon what you want - when you tell the story of how you want your life to be - you will come closer and closer to the vicinity of appreciation, and when you reach it, it will pull you toward all things that you consider to be good in a very powerful way.

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

I know we are supposed to be happy and positive, but I m pretty much fuming right now... As if getting left behind when California cruised through to February and March wasn't bad enough, now Vermont is approving Dec, Jan and Feb filers while I am sitting in Texas. Why can't we get a transferred one approved today?!?! Just to give us some hope for next week!!!!!!!!

They are still inputting and training for sure. Tuesday my senators office is following up on our cases with the Texas service center. They asked me to call hem then for an update . I will let you know. I hope they will start approving next week ... This transfer started 15 days ago today ... Boy it seems longer than that!!!!!!

What sense does it make if they knew that VSC didn't have trained staff for I-129F applications but yet transferred our cases to Texas in the first place? Now VSC have started processing some late January applications. Common sense was for them to transfer January or February applications to TSC since they were almost done with November. What they have to us is pure nonsense. Now when you call the customer service, they start acting rude and keep saying wait wait because TSC doesn't provide processing time for I-129F applications so we can't put in service request.

They could continue to train next week also...no one says they will be ready to process Monday morning...I think we need to keep that in mind. We could be looking at another week... maybe two more...this IS the government after all....:(

I think my fiance has bailed. I think she thought I was playing games because this has taken so long. Over 9 months now and nothing. She has gone off the grid. I can only wait and see.

If she is in Davao City it may be from flooding there this past week. Try to contact someone in her family or friends, if you know any of them.

Between my fiancée dealing with flooding and this transfer stuff I've been very stressed out.
