Hey Gals and Guys!! I'm back Stateside!! Had an AWESOME time!!

Got my RFE hardcopy and all they wanted were letter of Intent from both of us again. Sent them off this morning!

It seems I missed alot!! LOL

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Feb 13, 2013 ~ Alien Number Changed/Assigned

May 24, 2013 ~ Case Transferred from Vermont to Texas Service Center (3 E~Notices May 24, 25 and 29 Only one via U.S. Mail)

July 2, 2013 ~ RFE Notification Email and Text Rec'd

July 8, 2013 ~ RFE Hardcopy Rec'd (Requesting Signed/Original "Intent to Marry within 90 days of Arrival" letter from both parties.)

June 19, 2015 - Received "Welcome Letter" via U.S Mail <3 Gracias a Papa Dios!!!! Thank you, God!!
June 22, 2015 - Email and Text update that Cond. Perm. Res. Card had been picked up by USPS

01/07/13 * Alien registration # changed

05/24/13 * Transferred to TSC

05/30/13 * Now transferred to my local office

06/03/13 * Hardcopy of transfer notice received with new receipt date (now 12/31/12)

06/05/13 * Infopass at local USCIS. Was told that petition is in Vermont (so the system says). As for Me: Keeping my faith

Just a quick update for the new transfers. No your case did not go to local office. Wait until you get your hard copy to find out where it went. Most likely to TSC. TSC by the way is still working on first batch of approvals from May 24. So far, VSC has sent 2 batches of I-129f petitions to TSC for processing. The first batch was filers from Dec and up to Jan 24. Then VSC transferred cases that filed from Jan 24 to end of Feb. These cases still wait to be processed. Once the cases are approved, unfortunately the cases have been left in limbo. Many cases approved 4 weeks ago by TSC are still there. There has been some info that recently TSC shipped the cases back to VSC who in return shipped them back to TSC for final processing. So what does this all mean? 1. Nobody is for sure where all of these cases are. 2. calling the NVC daily will not help until the problem at TSC is corrected. When problem is finally corrected, then waiting about a week after your approval would be a good time to call about your case number. 3. to help things at TSC improve, call your US Congressman and Senator and have them inquire about your case . This will help put pressure on TSC to get their act together.

Question for anyone who was approved last week (Wednesday, July 3rd, in particular) - have you received your NOA2 hard copies yet?

Not to bump this question so soon, but has anyone who got an NOA2 last week or July 3rd specifically received the hard copy yet? I haven't received mine yet :(

Please does anyone know any i130 that was transferred on 6/21 from VSC to TSC. I've not come across any, seen loads of k-1 though. I am stilling waiting for approval though hubby has called severally with an infopass too. They keep giving us the 45days story. Frustration is gradually setting in.

approved July 3, got NOA2 in mail on Wednesday, but was out of town Mon and Tues so it could have arrived then.

We got our NOA2 two days ago and have not received a hard copy as of today. But I am more concerned about this issue of a big delay from the Texas center not sending approved petitions to the NVC. Does anyone have any more information about this ? Are they getting it together and sending our approved applications to the NVC in a timely fashion ? Thank you for your information on this issue.

A bunch of people (mostly who got approved about a month ago) got notifications that their petitions have been sent to Department of State. These started around the beginning of the week. As of today, not one of them has gotten confirmation from the NVC that it was received, or have gotten a case number. So I don't know if they were actually shipped or what's happening, or whether TSC will get it together and later approvals will be shipped faster.

1/4/13 - I129-F Sent | 1/8/13 - Received by USCIS
1/10/13 - NOA1 to VSC | 1/11/13 - Text/Email | 1/17/13 - Hard Copy Received
1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate
