Hi All,

I am a November Filer under Vermont.We have our NOA1 last Nov 21,2012 however we don't have our NOA2 yet..I have read that December filers onwards under Vermont were transferred to a diffent center.I was not tranferred I am still under Vermont but still waiting for NOA2.

Is there anyone here who are November Filers under Vermont and doesn't have their NOA2 yet?

I looked at a similar time line it took them about 7 months for their NOA2. Suggest you look at the applicable time lines and maybe it will help you get a better picture.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Our NOA1 Is November 15th and we have not heard anything.

K-1 Process:
11/06/2012: I-129F Sent
11/15/2012: NOA1

05/30/2013: NOA2
06/13/2013: NVC Received

06/19/2013: NVC Left

06/27/2013: Consulate Received
07/02/2013: Packet 3 Received

07/12/2013: Packet 3 Sent
07/23/2013: Interview Date - Approved

08/20/2013: U.S. Entry

AOS Process:

11/04/2013: AOS, EAD, and AP Sent
11/08/2013: NOA1
12/04/2013: Biometrics

01/09/2014: EAD and AP Approved
01/16/2014: EAD and AP Received
02/18/2014: Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case
05/22/2014: AOS Approved

I just got mine today. Begin calling and asking for a tier 2 and question their processing time. Also, contact your congressman. Once I started doing that I got approved in 2 weeks. good luck

Oct 30, 2012 - Mailed in I-129F

Nov 2, 2012-They got the package!
Nov 6, 2012 - NOA1 Text/Email received

Nov 11, 2012- NOA1 Paper received

May 28, 2013-NOA2 Approved!!! (6 months 3 weeks and 1 day later)

June 1, 2013-NOA2 Hard Copy in the Mail

May 28, 2013- Case forwarded to NVC

June 7, 2013- Received our new case number!

June 12, 2013- Case forwarded to US Embassy, London

June 17, 2013- Case received at US Embassy, London
June 21, 2013 Package 3 received
June 28, 2013- Medical
June 29, 2013 Package 3 sent
July 20, 2013 Package 4 received
July 30, 2013 Interview APPROVED!!!!!!
August 5, 2013 Visa arrived
August 6, 2013 POE (PITTSBURGH)
August 10, 2013 Wedding

9-9-13: Applied of AOS

2-7-14: EAD Approved

5-22-14: AOS Approved

3-3-16: Applied for ROC

3-7-16: VSC received our package

3-8-16: NOA1

3-11-16: Check Cashed

4-08-16: Biometric Appointment
