Hi everyone, Ok, i Have about 3000 sms (both sent and received ) from my hubby (USC) in my phone so i used the nokia pc suite and transferred it to a word page with all the dates and times showing. Could we send the sms printouts with our I-130 form along with photos, Passport stamps, marriage cert. and tickets form trips?

Do you have anything else? Emails, facebook chats? I'd send a variety of media.

Yes i also have emails, mostly pictures from our trips together and the wedding ceremony.

Send some of each. I put together pages of pictures in a word document and then labeled them with who was in them or where we were, why we were laughing so much, etc.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

You need a variety not just one thing. Emails, IM's, chats, facebook, yahoo, Whatsapp, Skpye and the most important that you must have for lagos Phone log records and pictures with family and friends.

Bank accounts and such not that big a deal we don't live with our spouses so not that heavily weighed.

make sure if you have any red flags you address them all

1. religious difference

2. divorced

3. Children previous relationship

4. Age

5. Race

Oh yes red flags, my spouse is divorced with 4 children and i know their names, age, school they attend, how much he pays for child support and they live with his ex-wife. Only the youngest visits him once every month. As for age difference....blush.png , he's about 20 years older....... but we got all the phone logs and pictures they'll need. Its all so scary, am so nervous cos i don't want us to get an "RFE" at any point.

Also, do you have him on a joint bank account or utilities? Something like that

NOpe, But we could open one of those, its just that it'll be a new account and not much money deposited in it, but does it matter if its new?
