Simple question

I apologize if this is an often asked question, but I read the guide and didn't see an answer.

My husband and I are doing a CR1/IR1 because I didn't get the I-129F mailed before the I-130 was approved. I was up on the K# proecess, but now I have to learn about the CR1/IR1 process, which seems to be moving MUCH faster than I'd been lead to expect.

I received the AOS bill this month, but haven't yet responded. Yesterday, my husband called and said he has received an envelope from the NVC. He hasn't seen it yet because he's traveling. What have they sent to him?

I believe it would be the choice of agent form. If you look in the Guides, there is a NVC Flowchart link next to the I130 guide link which will probably be a big help to you.

Also have a read of the NVC Timesavers which is linked in my signature. Post 11 (I think it is) contains James Shortcuts, which when used can save a lot of time at the NVC.
