We received an RFE and responded promptly, VSC acknowledged that they received our response April 17, 2013. It's been 38 days now and I know they have up to 60 days. But Im starting to get weary, anybody on the same boat with us? Thank you for your input.

09/27/12- Sent I-129F via UPS10/01/12- 129-F packet arrived in Texas10/03/12- NOA 1 routed to VCS10/09/12 Received hard copy of NOA 104/09/13 Received Rfe04/17/13 Replied to rfe07/16/13 NOA208/15/13 Manila Embassy Interview<p>Met in Memphis, TN

10/21/13- Noa1 (EAD and AP)

10/23/13- Noa1 (Green card)

11/19/13- Biometrics Appointment

Been there... no worries you are still in a normal processing frame... Ours took us 50 days before the approval, and it was just simple RFE. You should get it soon. Good luck!

The case seems so hopeless, right? Considering the fact that it was just an easy RFE but I'd take your word for it. Thank you, this soothes me and made me feel a little better.

It is...trust me, when u get the approval, the waiting pays off. Everything moves faster than we thought. Really at this time, is a good time to start preparing all the docs needed for interview. When ur NOA2 reach NVC, after a week try to call everyday, that's what we did,.. got the case no. at once, in just 7 working days. Try to take note the next process in advance, website on tracking ur case, St Lukes registration and the process on online scheduling. Read more reviews... I as the beneficiary, just learn all this on VJ, i got notes all over. i got to schedule everything on my own, and its so easy when u have an idea. Next to RFE is APPROVAL!!!!!! Good luck!!!

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
