I've seen many of you document that your petition has been "touched." In some cases, numerous times over the course of the process. As I am new to the process, what does "touched" mean? Thanks.

I know that's true, but to someone like me who has only been touched once since filing, it would feel pretty damn good to have it happen more often...

Gotta love those touches!

IF you get touched, it generally means your case has been looked at, sneezed on, or possibly moved from one side of the desk to the other. Seriously...it's supposed to be a good thing. Means they're working on it. :)

I know what you mean.

It is that I sent CSC an email to have an automatic response stating CSC does not respond to emails anymore.

My account was updated (on 10/30) and nothing since...

So I'm waiting for a touch that means something.

Although plenty of couples are approved with no touches and sometimes no email so we never can tell.
