I am waiting for an interview date in Bogota. Marlen faxed and dropped off in person the requested documents. Hopefully we will be given an interview date soon . Looks like we're just behind ya. Do you plan on returning to Bogota for the interview ?????

Hi Michael,

I want too and I am going to try but it is going to be hard for me. I am a C.P.A. and I am closing the books at the beginning of the month for the prior month. So because of this it is going to be hard but I will try.

Good luck to your fiancée and you in the whole process. If your fiancée faxed and handed in; a copy of the passport, OF-169/DS-2001 and DS-230 part 1, you guys should be getting the interview in March 2006. The cut-off date that the Embassy uses varies between the 16th and the 20th of the month. Our K-1 petition was received by the Embassy on the 19th and they had cut-off one day or two before they received ours that is why we got a March interview. I wish I would have known about the actual cut-off date, what I had read from other VJ member was that it was the 20th of the month which was incorrect. :yes:

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Hi Steve,

How are you doing? I am going to try but it is going to be hard because of work. It sucks waiting that long but when you go through TSC/CSC that is the problem. I feel fortune it to have gotten the NOA2 in 78 days a lot of people in CSC have to wait a lot longer. :whistle:

Go to the USCIS section and add your name and NOA1 to “The CSC/TSC list”. It will help you and other members seeing what is happening at CSC/TSC. You get to actual see what is going on unofficially. :thumbs:
