Mail or courier RFE

We received our RFE in the mail today. A very simple mistake on our part. We are ready to send it back tonight and are wondering if we are best to courier it or to mail it. The address is a PO box. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you for your help.

I don't think you can courier to a PO Box. You can overnight it via USPS but it costs $20. I ended up mailing mine via regular mail from LA and it got there in 3 days.

The only entity that can place mail into a PO Box is the USPS. This is why there are two addresses for sending the original I-129F Forms. One for express which you can use the USPS or UPS or FedEx or DHL or whatever service you like, so it is delivered to an address and the other for regular postal service that goes to the post office box.

So basically if your only recourse is sending it to a PO Box, just send it through the USPS mail and choose the delivery service between 1st class, Priority or Express. First Class is supposedly the longest but generally takes no more than a week and is the cheapest route.

we got RFE for K1 stage and AOS stage...usually i choose USPS overnight the ff day USCIS will get your mail and then, a day after that usually my status online goes from RFE to RFE response review...about 10days after they got our reply we got our NOA2 (k1 stage) and USCIS notify us for upcoming interview (AOS stage)...both RFE's have same/similar timelines.

my suggestion use USPS overnight with the signature waiver due to PO box address. goodluck!!!!
