Woke up this morning to the email that our case was transferred to another office on 5 December, 2013.

Our priority date is 9 May, 2013.

That was such a relief as I started to worry already since our case was received in the beginning of May.

Hopefully we all get approved soon and reunite with our loved ones.

We are pretty much identical in dates. Yesterday afternoon I received 2 emails almost back to back stating that my file had been transferred and then another one first thing this morning (12/5) saying the exact same thing. My NOA1 is also dates 5/9/13 from the Overland Park location so I am curious as to where they are sending it now.....even though the email indicated my "local USCIS office" i have absolutely no clue were that is.

For the 130 filers for May, can you guys tell me if you are currently separated from your spouses or are some of you together in another country? Just wondering if it makes a difference on when/if your file gets transferred. Thanks and congrats to those that have movement!

I went to this link: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&officelocator.office_type=SC and at the very bottom of the page typed in my husbands ZIP Code. It gave me Nebraska Service Center. My guess would be that this is the center our application went to. :). Will see how accurate it is, after we get the paper notification.

Hi again! Just got another email saying that my case is now being process at a Uscis office. I called and the automatic machine said not to make an inquiry about this case for 180 days. What does that mean? Does anyone had the same thing as me? I'm confused!!

Thank you for the replies...the reason I ask is that in the past, I believe they have said couples living abroad together 's I130 will stay at NBC but if you are separated where the USC lives in the USA and the spouse abroad, then the I130's are transferred to their local Service center so I was just trying to confirm if this the what is happening...
