Yes...Overland office. I put in expedite request but I dont think this was approved because of the expedite because i never received any response about the expedite portion. Good luck everyone!! Its our turn May filers!!!

they wont tell you if expedite was accepted/denied, the early approval of your petition indicates it was infact accepted.

don't forget that there are 100,000 petitions who filed between Dec 2012 and your NOA1, they are still waiting for a decision!!

they wont tell you if expedite was accepted/denied, the early approval of your petition indicates it was infact accepted.

don't forget that there are 100,000 petitions who filed between Dec 2012 and your NOA1, they are still waiting for a decision!!

I still can't say that the expedite was approved. Early approval? It took 5 months and 1 week that's far from early in my opinion. I actually took another VJ member advise and stayed proactive. I put in three service request, I called my congress person, and I called USCIS myself every week. Basically got on their nerves. LOL I think that had more to do with my approval that just the expedite. Everytime I called about the expedite they said that I-130's are hardly approved for expedite. I just feel that it's finally May filers time for approvals.
