Have you done any service requests or anything? If you haven't had a response from them, I would e-mail SCOPSSCATA.

. If I try to put in a request myself it doesn't work or let me get through so when I called uscis the last put in a service request for me & gave me a Confirmation number and said I should get something within March 15/17 & If not I guess I can email them

Anyone have a template I can use as to what to say/include in the email?

The purpose of a real timeline is to build up statistics data for more accurate approval estimates. So it would really help other members if more people filled theirs in.

We did two service requests, we did weekly/daily phonecalls, we asked them for specific dates if our case has been worked on, when we would hear back about something, etc. etc.

I-130 STAGE

16th May 2013- I-130 PD Date
30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE
--------------------------------
28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

Did that help? I'm so upset it's been so long 10 months 8 days :( it's so sad how they do this... :(

I don't know what got them to do it, but we kept pestering about it. Call a tier 2 officer and see if you can get any info on it.

I sent email to 2 Senators and 1 Congressman last night. Lucky all of them replied to me, tell me wait until next Monday they will work on it. Many hopes :)

Can u give their email addresses please? Senators are from which state whom u mailed to?

You have to Google to find Senator in your State. All of them had the website and contact form. You can send email from there

We were approved today! After constant e-mails with USCIS workers and Senators.. We had a response from SCOPSSCATA that USCIS confirmed they had our cause with an officer today to be adjucated. Just a few minutes ago we received an approval! smile.png.. Finally!

Timeline is updated smile.png.

& We were at Texas Service Center if anyone is wondering!

Although we are with NSC (transferred 3rd Jan, received 7th Jan) I have started sending emails after seeing your posts. Hopefully we'll hear something soon too. Best of luck with the NVC process! As you've noted, it can move as quickly or as slowly as you make it (once the case number is assigned, of course). Hope it all goes smoothly :)

AND ANOTHER WEEK OF HOPE STARTS GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!

10 weeks of waiting today and more then 3 months since the i130 transferred to NSC!!!

I received the letter ( not email) from my Sanator today, enclosed the Privacy Release From to Authorize Senator to make any action or an inquiry on my behalf. They work really fast, I just emailed them on last friday. My Senator also said in the letter that he had asked a Constituent Service Representative in Atlanta Office to look into this matter for me. The bottom of this letter is noticed "Upon receipt of your privacy release, Mr. Spry will make an initial contact with the Nebraska Service Center on your behalf"

Wish my case will moving forward in this week

I hope the senator are helpful to you! My senators were not helpful at all he couldn't do more then telling me its under processing time!!!!! When I called uscis and tasked to tier 2 she told me they had submitted the inquiry for my husband back ground check on February 21st 2014 and that's the only thing they are waiting for as soon they get it they be able to make decision i feel so helpless don't know what else to do and who else to ask for help!!!!
