For question part8 question G, my husband was married before. Do I put her information (legal name) when they got married or her legal name at the moment? She's married now too and instruction didn't really specify. I am assuming her legal name now BUT I don't want to assume, I want to make sure. Thanks in advance. And it's so nice to be back :)

Oct. 15, 2009 - Touched

Oct. 23, 2009 - Scheduled biometrics

Dec. 31, 2009 - Approval letter received dated 12/24/09

Jan. 08, 2010 - Card production ordered

Jan. 19, 2010 - GC received

April 30, 2018 - Filed N400 online

May 1, 2018 - NOA

May 21, 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

Her current legal name generally, but

My husband was previously married, all we know was that his x-wife remarried but we do not know who to or the last name so we used the name she changed it to after the divorce which was her maiden name.

We had no issue with this.
