Ok here is the situation. I don't have health insurance nor dose my wife we have been living with my mom due her health the only property I have is my car was paid out long before she got here all the bill are in my moms name except for cell phone and I can't add her for what ever reason. I did add her to my savings and checking accounts and she is on my 401k and ira. Any ideas on what to send in? We do have a child together. Also will we need to get fingerprints done and send in with the package or will they make a appointment to have that done after they receive the packet

See the thread by Gary and Alla, rereview the items needed. USCIS will schedule a BIO appt for fingerprints and a photograph. Anything and everything that shows you two are together is what you need. 3/4 affidavits from friends, professonal people etc you know. A suggestion is to have a sentence explaining you "reside with your mother due to her declining health issues on her behalf". A form letter from your bank and some current statements will work. Your work should be able to prove your 401k benificiary, and print out the corresponding pages on the IRA. Even a simple will Will do. 4/6 photos with captions. Joint Credit card, AAA, Costco, Sams Club etc. Use the google search for examples of what was submitted by others and also the VJ advancec search.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I would provide several months of cell phone bills and bank account statements if that is what you have.

As far as the fingerprints this is how it goes: Mail your i751 to ROC during the open window period along with the evidence and appropriate fee (it was 590 the last time I checked). If the packet is accepted, you will be receiving notification of receipt advising you that you will be receiving a bio-metrics interview. The bio-metrics letter with have information on how your finger prints will be taken
