December Filers RFE

Just got an update from USCIS... an RFE :-( On 9-May-2013 we mailed you an RFE... I probably even know what is this for... Stupid Section C of the petition. Do not leave anything blank guys. Write out N/A or NONE this way you won't see any RFEs. Frustrating. I just want to get it already and send it back. Anyone else who filed in December received an RFE and what evidence they are requesting?

i think it depend if you have a very strict adjucator. on my application i didn't put none nor N/A. but never got RFE for that....ONLY for not checking "NO" for criminal background.

some adjucator seems that they don't know what their doing lol

just like my situation right now...we got an RFE for AOSing for my husband. the adjucator who's handling our file seems that he/she doesn't have knowledge in terms of what consider household income. we made enough of meeting the poverty guidelines adding the child support. but yet, still we got RFE for not meeting it. it's pretty obvious and stated in I-864 guidelines that childsupport is consider part of income..even with proof seems that adjucator didn't check/double our files..unless he/she disassemble the files and misplace it.

anyhow let just hope u got a simple RFE's.

We just got a RFE today as well:(...and I think it's only because I forgot to put the passport sized photos of my fiancee in packet...I hope it is that simple!!!!! At least I know soon all this will be behind us, and we can move forward....though sad about the delay, happy we are so close now!
