Question on re-file K-1

Hi all,

My friend is asking me to help him re-file K-1 since the first one he did was denied and he file a I-290B. Until now no news and calling them they said no time frame for this type of I-290B. He wants to waive (drop) the I-290B. How do he apporch it?

1) Should he call USCIS or mail cancellation letter to USCIS for his I-290B?

2) If written required, can he also re-file K-1 same time as when he mail out the cancel I-290B?

3) Does the G-325A require Beneficinary signature or can mail w/out a beneficinary signature?

4) Beneficinary passport photo took 2yrs ago, can partition use that photo?

5) Intent to marry letter - can it a scanned copy printed from email pdf or need to orginal?

1/05/2009 Sent I-129F, G-325A + other documents as required. $455 fee
1/09/2009 NOA1 Petitioner received
4/30/2009 NOA2 Petitioner received (approved in 105 days from NOA1 3.5months)
6/08/2009 Packet 3 Petitioner received
6/20/2009 Packet 4 Petitioner received, mail everything from above forms & I-134 plus other doc as required for beneficiary
7/23/2009 Interview @ 7am, Interview passed- visa pick up July 31st

Must have original signatures on forms and letters.

The 2 year old photo needs to be re-taken it is too old.

He must wait for confirmation of cancellation before filing again. He will likely also need to include a waiver with the new package because of filing soon after the other. Check the instructions for the I-129F.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

the I-290B filed since June 2012. So, he had to wait until they send them the confimation of the I-290B waiver?
