I was giong to bump my older thread, but then I thought they might sweep it off to OT.

So, here's a thread for all the ME/NA related appreciators of the genius of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert

To start, Jon continues his lambasting of cable news in this piece about Glenn Beck's interview with Congressman Keith Ellison

How can one claim God cares to judge a fornicator over judging a lying, conniving bully? I guess you would if you are the lying, conniving bully.

The show is extremely smart & witty. It always kills me the pundits make fun of people "getting" their news from TDS, implying the 18-30 something age range is filled with dunces. Please, you need to actually know what's going on in the world to understand what's said in these shows, not to mention be pretty quick to get the wit, double entendre, etc.

I love those guys. :D

It is kinda sad to have to watch a comedy show to get a different view of current news events here in the US.

That or reading online on a few websites that some VJ members might consider "f'in liberal, tree huggin', communist wuss BS" websites. :ph34r:
