Why cant you go there? ...the atty seem crookish, he knew U must meet up

in 2 yrs, If U cant go there & fiancé cant get visa to US or Canada meet up in the

Bahamas & have a wedding & honeymoon in one...no visa required (recheck)

Yea the attorney messed it up big time :( before now I couldn't go down for many reasons, but maybe I can make a trip this month and refile when I come back..I hope USC don't make me wait another 6 month but what can I do.. going to Bahamas will be on our honeymoon :) ..thanks and good luck

Send a letter stating you are withdrawing your I-129F petition to the USCIS service center where it is being processed. Include your full names and case number, perhaps even a copy of your NOA1 receipt notice from filing so they know exactly who you are and which case to withdraw.

Yes, you will have to wait months again, since you will be starting all over when you refile. I hope you mean you will honeymoon in the Bahamas later, after AOS has been filed for and he has his AP or green card already because once you enter on a K-1, you cannot leave the US without AP or the green card and re-enter. If traveling internationally and being able to work right away is important, then you should think about getting married and filing for the CR-1 spousal visa instead.

You will be 100% denied if you have not met in person within the last 2 years. You cannot use culture and religion as an excuse for not meeting in this time because you saw him 2 and a half years ago, and religion and culture didn't prevent you meeting then. You cannot file a waiver. No matter how many times and different ways you ask this question the answer will always be the same. Yes you will be denied and no you do not have grounds to file a waiver
