Just got transferred too!

On August 7, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I just wish the transfer will make it more faster. Unless they are transferring again to offices where they need to still train the people.

Any idea how long it takes to get approved after being transferred?

You maybe lucky and it takes 2-3 weeks or it may take months. I believe there are still some transfers from the last batch unapproved. At this point pray hard and hope its a few weeks. Hope it does turn out to be a quick approval though.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

A# was changed May 29.

You maybe lucky and it takes 2-3 weeks or it may take months. I believe there are still some transfers from the last batch unapproved. At this point pray hard and hope its a few weeks. Hope it does turn out to be a quick approval though.

Aww.. I got transferred too just today.. I don't know if I should be happy or be nervous coz it could mean 2 things for me, either you get approved fast or you wait for months again? IDK what to think.. cray5ol.gif

Anyway, all in my batch got transferred yesterday and today.. there were only 2 left in initial review.. June 5 and 6 Alien # changed..

This is all exciting news for may filers. Things are changeling again. 2 more notice from uscis regarding the transfers then a letter in the post. Then hopefully in a few weeks we will start seeing more may approvals forms tsc transfers. I wish you all the best.

My NOA1 is May 20th and Alien # chnage is also May 28th...I too pray that they don't forget about us. My wedding is planned I just need to confirm a date and I see petitions before and after mine being approved, transferred or RFE. I am in the EAC1390346XXX group.

05/03/2013 received by Dallas-lock box

05/07/2013 NOA1 hard copy

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/03/2013 NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

08/16/2013 file sent to NVC

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

08/28/2013 file ready according to CEAC website

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

6 numbers after me so that's in our group of 10 fianće petitions got an RFE dated August 7, the first movement i saw in our group. that was so close...fingers crossed they touch our case one of these days.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online
