guys i need your advise! i have been waiting for 8 months and 1 week and still didn't get NOA2 , i am an august 24th filler at VSC.. was anybody waiting that long.. did you contact anybody? i dont know what to do.. the wait is just killing me!

Call USCIS ask for information on your case. See if they will put in a service request.

So I am observing that you received an RFE, when did you mail your response- they cant have had it for a month yet? There are still many people from August with RFE waiting for an approval. On that basis I would probably wait another week or two then try calling.

You can call the USCIS or you can contact a congressman/senator to help you about your petitions. I hope your approval will arrive soon. :)

I was August filler and i got my NOA2 the 11th of April. I had to wait that long yes. And now i await for the consulate to call my fiance for her package since NVC has sent my info to the consulate on the 24 of April..

i hope this helps.

Package Sent ----> 3/13/17

Package Received ---> Friday, March 17, 2017 @ 3:50 am

CC Charged ---->  3/20/2017
NOA ----> 3/23/17                                                                                
Finger Prints ---> 4/14/2017 --> Early FP 4/12/17!!
Inline for an Interview notice received ---> 4/14/17
Interview Scheduled ---> Waiting for letter in the mail to see the actual date.  8/30/17
