My husband had his medical today. They told him they have no appointments for the Xray until next Thursday. So another week we go with no interview scheduled. Every step has been a horrible drawn out process... I envy everyone getting through this all in such short time.

06/11/2012: Married

07/03/2012: I-130 delivered to Chicago

07/06/2012: NOA1 VSC

07/11/2012: Received paper NOA1

02/27/2013: Received NOA2 Email that we were approved

03/01/2013: Recieved Paper NOA2

NVC

03/04/2013: NVC received

03/21/2013: NVC Case no. assigned

03/21/2013: DS-3032 emailed

03/26/2013: Resent DS-3032 email with Supervisor Review

03/26/2013: DS-3032 accepted

03/26/2013: Paid AOS fee

03/26/2013: AOS Package Mailed to NVC

03/27/2013: Received IV Bill

03/27/2013: Paid IV Bill

03/27/2013: Sent IV Packet overnight

04/08/2013: AOS Accepted

04/11/2013: Case Complete

04/26/2013: Expedite Approved

05/10/2013: Medical

05/21/2013: Interview

How did you find out? I'm just waiting for them to approve my AOS packet and then my case will be complete. They told me they're reviewing it, but it's been almost a week now!

How did you find out? I'm just waiting for them to approve my AOS packet and then my case will be complete. They told me they're reviewing it, but it's been almost a week now!

My wife called and asked about the status of our IV packet - they wont notify you.

DoS Officers, Vice Consuls at a US Embassy (the fella doing that interview) won't know basic USCIS guidelines for citizenship rules.

Why to rely on a DoS Vice Consul for this, when it was suggested to you to contact USCIS ?

Whilst humans can be important, getting the right human is important for any success..

Although I alluded to not having to pay the greencard fee on the child,

what's more important is that the child already meets the rules for USCitizenship, once the child exits a Port of Entry in the USA.

But go ahead, talk with a Vice-Consul during your interview, ask your questions, let us know what the response was.

Hey everyone, I'm so confused right now and need your help please. I am putting my IV package together right now and just went over the checklist again.

SO my problem is that I don't know if the copy of my passport bio page needs to certified or not?
