Hello there! I think we have the same status:) still initial review!

We are also December filer and we applied for K1/K2.

Im from Cebu and my fiance is from Denver,Co.

is there any December filer who got their noa2 today?

12/18/12: I-129F Sent to USCIS Dallas, TX via USPS
12/21/12: Delivery Confirmed !
12/26/12: NOA1 smile.png The long and exciting wait begins!
12/31/12: Alien Registration Number Changed, IR Status
01/02/13: Check Status ( INITIAL REVIEW )
03/18/13: Passport renewed!
04/3//13: New Passport on HAND!!

06/05/13: oops8rh.gif RFE

06/20/13: RFE response sent

06/24/13: USCIS ( CSC) RFE response received

hi sis IMPRESSuu nga everyday check aco ng status sa USCIS still initial interview .. wahahah ! pero our atty said na wait kame until june so 6 months of waiting ! ;))

as of today i dnt see any december filers who got their noa2 , hoping tomorro we got our noa2 na ! hahah !

Hi sis Cole.P :) oo nga sana magka Noa2 na tau !!

I used to check our status every 10mins but its not fun

xc lalo lng akong naiinip. So tinanggal kosa favorite list tong vj and uscis site. Pati narin ung case status app sa phone ko!

Right now inienjoy nlng muna nmin nang kids ko everyday while waiting for our approval.

Btw I have two K2 :)

My fiance joined the forum however this is our first time posting anything here. and also a December filer... (first petition filed in Jan 2012 and NOA2 denied in Oct 2012 due to not enough evidence which is true since all I sent was the check and I-129F app but never received and RFE) I did the phone calls and even had a request for an email concerning the processing of my case but no one ever mentioned anything) Did everything correct this time so hopefully we will hear something this month for all of us that are Nov/Dec filers. Fingers crossed and good luck.
